Hello Pioneer Students and Parents, My name is Greg Henry and I am looking forward to another great year. Prior to working at Pioneer Middle School, I was a math teacher and math coach at Hanford West High School. I saw firsthand the advanced level of students that came from Pioneer. I also was involved with the development of curriculum, and this has been helpful with working with the staff here to align our curriculum with the California State Standards.

I have been in education since 1999, and I started my career in Administration at Pioneer Middle School in 2004. I was the Assistant Principal for 2 ½ years, and I have been Principal since 2007. During my tenure here at Pioneer I have had the opportunity to grow with your children. I look forward to another event-filled year with your children. We will continue to strive to challenge our students academically to bring out the best in them. I look forward to making a difference in your student's lives, and to make their time at Pioneer Middle School a meaningful one. "You can make it a great year or not...the choice is yours."
